My family is the greatest source of joy in my life -- that, and my belief that through Christ, families can be together forever. My hottie husband, darling daughter, and her stuffed sloth (who comes everywhere with us): what more could I want?

I started learning the ins and outs of photography ten years ago and was lucky enough to have siblings and family friends who were willing to pose for my camera. In college and after my graduation in 2019, photography grew into more of a side gig than a hobby. Even while working full-time as a middle school teacher, I did sessions on weekends and during the summer. It was a fantastic way to express my creativity outside of lesson planning, and it brought great balance to my life!

Since then, I’ve had opportunities to photograph families, portraits, clothing brands, graduating seniors, products, events…you name it! In recent years, I’ve found my favorite sessions are families and personal branding. While these genres are very different from each other, they both require planning, flexibility, and improvisation -- and those are areas where I shine!

I moved my business to CA in 2022, and I’ve made it my mission to find the best locations for photographs ever since! When I’m not location scouting, you can find me reading stories and playing lego-doctor-superhero with my toddler (or stress-eating peanut butter cups during naptime).
